Healthy Families Partnership @ King's Cross
The Healthy Families Partnership @ King’s Cross is a partnership of sven local community / voluntary organisations formed with a view to addressing the health needs of children, young people and their parents in South camden, specifically the areas of Holborn, King’s Cross and Brunswick.
We hope to reduce the risk of illness such as coronary heart disease, obesity, cancer, diabetes and depression, as well as to support positive parenting and social inclusion by providing a sustainable program of health and physical activities in the area.
We also aim to reduce poverty and lessen the effects of socioeconomic factors on poor health, influence changes of health eating and physical activity behaviours, and support people such as homeless families, the Bangladeshi, Somali and Chinese communities, to access mainstream healthcare services.
