This session is aimed at young people who are not physically active, lack in motivation or do not know how to perform exercise. We encourage young people to exercise using their own body weight from skipping to aerobics. Our trained fitness instructors run these sessions and deliver workshops on health and well-being. Young people are becoming much more aware of health and fitness and want to live healthier lifestyles. We have seen a significant change in young people’s attitude towards exercise as they build their fitness levels through regular weekly sessions.
